Status is also not changed yet.
What a ridiculous service by SBI !!
SBI card services is getting worst day by day and phone bankers have no knowledge.

Very pathetic service, filled up from in branch for upgradation my savings account to classic on 15th September, approximately one month passed but no changes. The person whom I had provided the document is not helping.

@SBICard_Connect Called many times to customer care they have no knowledge regarding the same. And 21 days is just a myth my previously and many others cards approved within 3 days.
After application process showed executive will contact me on next day but no one contacted. What a worst service!!

Could you please approve it ASAP as it's already been 20 days.
