They keep creating new incidents but dont follow the promised resolution timelines. Just check the attached picture u will see the repeated incidents and delays. @_Kalyan_K

Calling n dropping emails @flipkartsupport no help no response yet. Its a mental torture. I have spent 44000 in total to receive a damage product. Look at the incidents being raised bt no resolution yet

@MahiMishra98 Same happened with me! The pickup team claimed that the product doesn’t match, which is completely false. I’m attaching the pictures showing that the model and serial number match. This is how customers are being fooled and made to suffer. @flipkartsupport

Brilliant #BigBillionFailure analysis done by Sapna that showcases the current scenario. It's common knowledge that it takes 5X more money to get a new customer than to retain an existing one. And yet, @Flipkart chooses to frustrate them, scam them, cheat them, delay / deny their refunds. Time has come to shop elsewhere and make them realise this
