@MilesDavis1942 @KatiePhang So while people could confuse "US Court of Appeals, DC Circuit" with "DC Court of Appeals", I think most people are confusing "US District Court for DC" where Lauro _is_ admitted to defend DJT, with "US Court of Appeals, DC Circuit" to which the gag order was appealed yesterday.

@MilesDavis1942 @KatiePhang In addition to the Federal District court for DC, the US Supreme Court, and the Federal and DC Circuit courts, there is also a system of DC courts and appellate courts dealing with the non-Federal cases in DC (just like state courts).
