Every manager at least once in life wanted to be like Jose and just worry about the result. Not every one has the balls and the skin and the faith to do so. That’s what make Jose, Jose Mourinho.
Think it’d take some time to graduate from labs to the product suite. It ask too much berifying questions and nudges. Verification is the boggiest token guzzler in cd right now. I think it was carrying the published (default) design system for me even if I do not name
In our @anthropicai Claude Design study,
5 designers approved a design system before they typed their first prompt.
>Brand palette
>type system
>components
the whole thing all set up.
Only 1 of them named any of it in their opening prompt.
That designer was the only one to finish production-ready.
The other 4 assumed Claude would carry the system over. It didn't.
TLDR: Claude doesn't reliably carry the design system you just approved. If you don't name it in the prompt, it doesn’t exist.
It's never been a better time to be a designer, but you must learn the art of the prompt.
@David_Ornstein@TheAthleticFC Gordon is crazy to join Barça over other clubs is because he is sick and tired of defensive football of Prem. PSG, Madrid & Bayern all have great LWFs & Strikers.
🚨 Barcelona make proposal to sign Anthony Gordon from Newcastle United. Bid for 25yo #NUFC winger €80m + bonuses; no agreement yet as talks over England int’l continue. Interest of other clubs ongoing but #FCBarcelona + #FCBayern strongest @TheAthleticFC https://t.co/MvUHXko2r0
🗣️ James Rodriguez: “Nobody knows this… but after Real Madrid: I was going to go to Manchester United and Jorge (Mendes) tells me: 'Do you want to go to Bayern?'. And I say: 'Where am I going to play? Ribéry, Robben...'. He tells me: 'Carlo asked for you'.
Carlo calls me and I tell him: 'I think I'm going to Manchester'. And he responds: 'Please Manchester? United is dead. You have to come here with me'.”
Token costs will become a dominant topic in enterprises going forward with AI. Just got out of a dinner with many Fortune 500 enterprise CIOs and this was the most heated topic.
A mix of strategies are being employed, but basically no one feels like they have the right solution. A mix of: figuring out how to prioritize workloads to different models, giving out access to better or worse agents by user type, setting different spend caps by team, having teams justify AI by their use-case, and some just having unfettered access.
Everyone is trying to figure out a semi/predictable model right now in a world where the underlying tech and cost models are constantly evolving.
A dinosaur 🦖 in the making.
You’re an engineer.
Recently joined an IT company with a ₹4–5 lakh CTC.
After one year, you take a bike loan and start paying a ₹9,000 EMI.
Another ₹3,000 goes into online food orders from Swiggy and Zomato.
Most evenings disappear into YouTube, JioHotstar, scrolling, and endless consumption.
Now look at the other side.
The maid working in your house earns ₹4,000 from each home and works in 5 houses — ₹20,000 a month.
Her son works as a Swiggy delivery partner earning another ₹20,000.
Her husband drives an auto-rickshaw and brings home around ₹30,000.
No fancy degrees.
No education loan burden.
No lifestyle EMI pressure.
Your household income: ₹30,000.
Their household income: ₹70,000.
But leave the numbers aside for a moment.
Every rupee you spend as a consumer becomes someone else’s income.
Your food delivery pays the delivery boy.
Your mobile recharge enriches telecom giants.
Your streaming subscriptions feed billion-dollar businesses.
One class creates wealth, takes risks, builds assets, and compounds value.
Another class rises steadily through collective family effort and hard work.
And you?
Trapped in consumption, lifestyle inflation, and the illusion of status.
Spending to impress, while slowly losing financial strength, relevance, and freedom.
It’s kind of crazy that we used to write code for free. You just opened an text editor and typed in some words completely at no cost
Same with designs. Every rectangle and shape was free
