After waiting for the 6 months I have already purchased a new phone so instead of providing me 11R, please give me a voucher.

Requesting to take quick action as I submitted my phone one plus 8t at Ahmedabad service center on 01/06/2024 for vertical line on screen. On inspection they agreed to give me a voucher but I didn't receive it till now.

After lots of follow up they agreed to provide me with an 11R model phone. I escalate this to the senior team that I am in disagreement as I want a voucher instead of 11R.
