🇮🇳 Truly humbled to receive the ‘Excellence in Political and Public Life’ Award from the UK India Legal Partnership (UKILP) at the historic House of Lords, Palace of Westminster, London—the foundation of British heritage, a pillar of democracy, and a guardian of constitutional wisdom.

With gratitude to the Almighty, my journey has been one of deep purpose and learning—beginning as a law enforcer, evolving into a law interpreter, and now serving as a lawmaker. Each phase has enriched my understanding of justice, governance, and public service, shaping a holistic perspective rooted in constitutional values.

This global recognition of our developmental efforts in Sarojini Nagar—spanning rural-urban transformation, digital education, and women empowerment—reaffirms our belief in inclusive, scalable, and transformative governance. It reflects what committed, people-centric leadership can accomplish when driven by integrity, innovation, and purpose.

The occasion was made even more memorable by the august presence of Hon’ble Law Minister Mr. @arjunrammeghwal, Solicitor General Mr. Tushar Mehta, Lord Virendra Sharma, Lord Rami Ranger, Ms. Pinky Anand, former Additional Solicitor General of India, Mr. Apoorva Agarwal, Additional Advocate General, Supreme Court, Government of Uttar Pradesh, justices from Dubai and Australia, and Secretary, Government of India.

The evening also honoured eminent personalities with prestigious recognitions, including the Lifetime Achievement Award to Mr. Mukul Rohatgi, Former Attorney General of India, Mr. Raian Karanjawala, and a special honour for young music sensation Mr. Stebin Ben.

To witness the journey of a local constituency celebrated on such a distinguished international platform is both a moment of immense pride and a powerful reminder of what focused, sincere public service can achieve.

🇮🇳 आज लंदन के ऐतिहासिक House of Lords, Palace of Westminster में UK India Legal Partnership (UKILP) द्वारा ‘Excellence in Political and Public Life’ Award से सम्मानित होना मेरे लिए गर्व, विनम्रता और कृतज्ञता का क्षण है।

House of Lords का यह भव्य भवन न केवल ब्रिटिश विरासत की आत्मा, बल्कि लोकतंत्र की जड़ और संवैधानिक चेतना का प्रतीक भी है।

मेरी जीवन यात्रा एक law enforcer के रूप में शुरू हुई, law interpreter के रूप में आगे बढ़ी और अब एक lawmaker के रूप में जनसेवा का माध्यम बनी है, हर चरण ने मुझे न्याय, शासन और सेवा के सच्चे अर्थों को गहराई से समझने का अवसर दिया है। ये अनुभव मेरे लिए संविधान के मूल्यों में निहित एक दायित्वबोध की अनुपम यात्रा हैं।

यह सम्मान मेरे लिए एक व्यक्तिगत उपलब्धि नहीं, बल्कि सरोजनीनगर की उस सामूहिक विकास यात्रा की वैश्विक स्वीकृति है, जहां ग्रामीण और शहरी क्षेत्रों में आधारभूत परिवर्तन, युवा पीढ़ी का Digital सशक्तिकरण और मातृशक्ति के स्वावलंबन के क्षेत्र में स्थायी, समावेशी और जन-आधारित बदलाव की सुदृढ़ नींव रखी गई है।

देश-विदेश के विशिष्ट अतिथियों ने इस अवसर की गरिमा को और ऊँचाई प्रदान की, भारत सरकार के कानून मंत्री श्री @arjunrammeghwal जी, Solicitor General श्री तुषार मेहता जी,
लार्ड वीरेंद्र शर्मा जी, Lord Rami Ranger,
पूर्व Additional Solicitor General Ms. पिंकी आनंद जी, उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के Additional Advocate General श्री अपूर्व अग्रवाल जी, भारत सरकार के Secretary, तथा Dubai और Australia के सम्मानित न्यायमूर्तियों की उपस्थिति ने इस सम्मान को और भी ऐतिहासिक बना दिया।

इस विशेष संध्या में कई गणमान्यों को भी प्रतिष्ठित सम्मानों से अलंकृत किया गया,
पूर्व Attorney General श्री मुकुल रोहतगी जी और श्री Raian Karanjawala को Lifetime Achievement Award,
तथा युवा संगीत प्रतिभा Mr. Stebin Ben को Special Honour से अलंकृत किया गया।

जब किसी स्थानीय क्षेत्र की जनसेवा को इस प्रकार के वैश्विक मंच पर सराहा जाए, तो वह केवल पुरस्कार नहीं होता, बल्कि वह एक उत्तरदायित्व होता है, एक प्रेरणा होती है कि हम इस मिशन को और समर्पण से आगे बढ़ाएं।

इस prestigious honour के लिए मैं UKILP और श्री Ajit Mishra का हृदय से आभार प्रकट करता हूँ। साथ ही उन सभी नागरिकों, कार्यकर्ताओं, साथियों और शुभचिंतकों को धन्यवाद, जिन्होंने इस यात्रा में मेरे साथ विश्वास, परिश्रम और संकल्प के साथ कदम से कदम मिलाया।
