@DGCAIndia, IndiGo flight 6E2151 scheduled at 1850 from Gate 13, to 46, then 21, back 13! delayed to 2120. Total mismanagement-airport tour, no accountability. Staff unhelpful: “Call customer care.” Customer care says: “Contact ground staff.” No sol for honest taxpayers like us.
