Stuck in a financial scam, @Lazy_Pay and @Swiggy and both are asking me to contact one another instead of resolving the issue and helping to recover my money. Unauthorised transactions happened via my LazyPay account towards Swiggy food and Insta mart app

@SwiggyCares There were a total of 10 orders, have mailed the transaction IDs along with amount details 2 days back, where the executive simply closed the ticket stating it is resolved

@RBI This same incident happened with other people too. Would request for a stronger framework for accountability in such scenarios for apps like @Lazy_Pay where customers are left hanging without any resolution or support

@sudeshna_ra @Lazy_Pay @Swiggy @cybercrime_help @RBI No the issue is not resolved. At least @Lazy_Pay team put in a reply with a mail ID, although no revert since yesterday but @Swiggy @SwiggyCares has not even bothered to revert on emails too. I am questioning my loyalty towards Swiggy now.
