@AmazonHelp The return window is closed. This isn’t a return request. Ticket D475719948 was raised on 19 June 2026, but there’s still no resolution. Google confirmed the warranty expired on 17 June 2024. Please escalate and provide a replacement or full refund.

“Intermittent issue” is not acceptable anymore.
