@JamesTGallagher Also, might it be pertinent to write a piece on how people can reduce inflammation in their bodies? For example, addressing their omega 6:3 ratios? Also, eating low-carb, high (healthy) fat diets to promote weightloss? Let's have some accessible support and optimism.
