@ALargue4RFC Well it is because that doesn’t mean I was pinning all of last season on him. I’m talking about the future now.
I like Barron, he is probably our best passer but in that is the problem.
Overall, he’s not good enough to play every week for Rangers but he isn’t alone.
Exactly the reason why Rangers struggle so much.
Our midfield is the biggest problem we’ve got to resolve this summer.
You can forget about winning anything next season if it’s not rectified.
@ALargue4RFC That’s some jump to get there btw. Fair play to you.
I know you love Connor Barron and I am in no way saying last season is down to him (that would be ridiculous) but he’s a squad player at best and Rangers need much better.
If Rangers get recruitment right, Barron will go.
@ALargue4RFC Only player we have that I think can maybe play in a two is Chukwuani. Don’t think any of the rest are good enough.
Sign a proper dictating midfielder and partner them with proper physicality.
Open to offers for every one of our midfielders this summer.
@SirJohnofCalvin Yeah don't agree that we have excellent midfielders. They are all good but we need better and different profiles too.
Any manager will fail with this current midfield imo.
@ALargue4RFC For me, it's down to our profile of midfielders.
They all bring similar things to a midfield. They are all the 3rd man in a 3-man midfield that link the others if that makes sense.
We need better.
@IainMitchell17@Cammy26_2 Supporters will accept and concede if it means their team start winning football matches.
It’s no coincidence Liverpool struggled big time last season without him.
This time last year, there was a realistic chance Davide Ancelotti and Hamza Igamane would be at Rangers together.
Instead, they’ll link up at Lille.
Football is mad sometimes.

@ColinMckins4 That’s why I said he couldn’t be the only addition. We aren’t going to sign just experienced players this summer. Younger players will always be part of the recruitment strategy.
Not surprised by this. Thought he looked very good yesterday.
Wouldn’t be a terrible shout for Rangers on loan but couldn’t be the only addition in that area.
Following the news of Billy Gilmour's injury we can confirm that 19-year-old Tyler Fletcher has been added to our @FIFAWorldCup squad after making his debut against Curaçao yesterday.
Welcome aboard, Tyler 🛫 🇺🇸
