@tonjaJhewitt @Chime @JosephInniss3 My point is that it’s a feature a lot of banks don’t have, and even charge for overdrafts. So the idea that it is even exists with Chime, to me, should be enough. Imagine how’s much they’d lose upping everyone’s spot me and not getting paid back? Ijs, it’s a privilege.

@thatnggaty @Chime @JosephInniss3 My point was there’s tweets on here mad at Chime about not having increased their SpotMe. A lot of banks get over on ppl by charging overdrafts fees that are $40+, so the fact that chime even has a spot me is a favor, and not a right.

Just thinking about how George Floyd was accused of passing a bad $20 bill and a police officer decided he had to die for that on the day several rich white men - who were found guilty of lying to FBI, bank fraud, tax fraud - get pardoned.

@Kslone4 @MayorOfLA I relocated to a small town in GA about five months ago. I couldn’t stand the lack of preparation. Once I knew no real Covid relief was coming for anyone, I left. I knew if I stayed, I’d deplete my savings. It’s just so sad. All the way around.

@Kslone4 @MayorOfLA I’ve said since the beginning that every hotel/motel with empty rooms, apartment complex, and (livable) bank owned property, should have been allocated to the homeless.

That being said, they can do both. I think the hospital surge is more of a priority, but I understand.
