@nationalexpress actually you are incorrect! First email was sent in on 30th October, acknowledgement sent on 31st and I’ve been going back and forth with them since then #shockingcustomerservice
@nationalexpress you do not take any responsibility for your drivers or representatives! Complained to customer services and was told I should have gone to their desk at Heathrow…. I did. Next breath… they aren’t your representatives but a company called transdev?! Sort it out
@nationalexpress what’s the point in your social media team “reaching out” by DM if they can’t actually do anything! Just appalling service!!! All I wanted to do is change my ticket! Desk at Heathrow sent me to driver, driver was rude and told me to get lost!

@Arwenstar You should be ashamed of yourself. If anyone has medical concerns about getting vaccinated please speak to a medical professional who will be able to go through the pros and cons with you.
