how we feel about this concept
it'd be a real good fursuit for vision and ventilation, though i personally prefer the red hair design i love the idea of having a fursuit this easy to wear
thoughts?
@Toothlesstism i have absolutely met people though that dont share this criticism and just say weird borderline misogynistic shit at the end of the day its a dragon in a kids movie i dont think the artists intended her to be """"slutty"""" 😭😭
@Toothlesstism i dislike the light fury because she looks like a fae creature in a setting where the character designs and world are meant to be darker and gritty— she looks like she was designed to be graceful and feminine when the other female dragons in the series keep that dark gritty theme
@PokemonRestocks i kept ordering this and they kept cancelling my order due to low stock ... but i found one at my local card shop for $49 !! got it as soon as i saw it and im very excited for december 1st now :]
You aren’t entitled to luxury items (sorry!) and you don’t need a fursuit to be a furry. Furry is accessible to everyone regardless of how much money you have. I cannot believe people are spreading verbiage that makes it seem like being a furry means you MUST have a fursuit
@DistortedDeer yeah absolutely — even if you arent a fan of these masks absolutely nobody should be bullied for buying one and wearing it. esp children
it is dangerous that companies are getting comfy marketing to furries. It’s not just spirit, we’re seeing furry “merch” pop up in hot topic & spencer’s. It’s a larger issue, not abt losing clients- it’s abt the threat of commercialization & sanitation to a queer community.
@DistortedDeer what i /don't/ think they are is a threat to fursuit makers — these are mass produced, cheaply made costumes that come nowhere near the craftsmanship and comfort and individuality an actual fursuit brings
@DistortedDeer "fursuiting should be accessible to everyone" and "keep corporate out of furry" are two desires that can absolutely coexist. idk where i even stand on these yet
