@beccalamjig I would say that this is a violation of the Equalities Act 2010 as isolation would cause substantial difficulty for a protected characteristic. It would count as victimisation for sure.

@LDNRentersUnion failed to make reasonable adjustments for disabled member to contact them. Please reimburse me all my membership fees as this has happened repetitively after I flagged it over and over, over 9 months. Extremely disappointing behaviour for a union.

I was promised a call back from mgmnt 24-48 hours from june 11. i was promised another call back 48-72 hrs from june 20th. i was promised another via twitter. none of these have happened. this is all disability discrimination. call today before 4pm
