💣🚨 Just In Reiss Nelson On Instagram
I was just a little boy who loved football more than anything in the world. I didn’t know what the future held. I just knew I wanted to wear that red and white shirt.
Eighteen years later, I still don’t have the words.
From the academy pitches to the first team, from the days I questioned myself to the nights I’ll never forget. The teammates who became brothers. The staff who treated me like family. And the supporters who never stopped believing, even when I was out on loan trying to find my way.
There were times I wanted more minutes. Times I felt I had more to give. But looking back now, I realise how blessed I was. Not everyone gets to live their dream at the club they grew up supporting.
To the coaches who saw something in me when I was eight years old.
To every player I shared a dressing room with.
To the fans who made this place feel like home.
Thank you.
This isn’t goodbye to football.
But it is goodbye to the only home I’ve ever known in the game.
That little boy never left.
He just grew up wearing the same colours.
Forever Arsenal.

There is some internal surprise they let Gabriel Martinelli go before securing an alternative in that area, although some sources believe it could see Arsenal move for Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford on a temporary deal. [@MiguelDelaney]
