@smilesuae Last night I ordered food and waited 1 hour, only to be told someone else took my order and it was cancelled. My payment was taken, but I got no food, no voucher, and no refund. Customer support was also rude and ended the chat. Very disappointing service.

@SmilesUAE I already received calls, but they’re saying the same thing: that I’ve been given 50% off on my next order. Like seriously, is this your service? You take the customer’s payment first, then instead of delivering the order, you give them a 50% off voucher for the next order.
