ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಮಾತಿನಂತೆ ಪಂಚ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತಂದಿದ್ದು, ಬಡ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಧ್ಯಮ ವರ್ಗದ ಜನರ ಬದುಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಬೆಳಕು ತಂದಿದೆ. ಇದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ 6ನೇ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಭೂ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರ, ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಹಕ್ಕು ಪತ್ರ ನೀಡಿ ಅವರ ಆಸ್ತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ದಾಖಲೆ ಒದಗಿಸಿ ಕಾನೂನು ಭದ್ರತೆ ಒದಗಿಸಿದೆ.

ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕಳೆದ ಮೂರು ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ವಿರೋಧ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಮೂರು ಜನ್ಮ ಎತ್ತಿಬಂದರೂ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ.
