I had one of the worst flying experiences of my life with @MAS in June 2022. The airline lost our luggage when we flew from Melbourne to Colombo. As a result of this luggage delay, we had to alter our plans and begin shopping at Cmb to replace the items in the misplaced luggage.

We purchased these items to distribute to friends and family, not to claim tax on them, so we haven't kept them. In addition, when you email them, you have to wait weeks for a response, and the response you get is very generic. It's pathetic. @AviationWeek @traveloneworld

It is understandable that airlines misplace luggage often, but allowing people to break locks and remove items is not acceptable. @MAS took ages to reply and asked for receipts for items inside when we complained. Who would carry invoices while on vacation???

We are planning on a scholarship program for the kids of protestors whose lives were lost due to police brutality.
We want to make sure that we do not miss anybody.
