What is wrong with IPU, first they published the final date sheet just 4 days before exams and now, they tell us about the final postponement of our LAST EXAM just 4 days before our last paper FROM 8th feb TO 27th feb!!

Troy Building (Punjabi Bagh Club Road) burnt fully within few minutes infront of my eyes, due to electrical fire and heat, help came but LATE.
Not sure if any casualties are there but some nearly escaped the fire.
