Networking and File System tasks don't block your code because Libuv handles them in the background (C++ side).
Priority Matters.
process.nextTick and Promises have higher priority than almost everything else because they execute during phase transitions.

I already had the idea of Event Loop of Browser Javascript but this is new learning for me.

Summary
V8 = Execution | Libuv = Management.
You can't have Node without both.
Event Loop = Traffic Controller.
It doesn't do the work; it just decides whose turn it is to run on the main thread. I/O is Offloaded.
