@therealdeleo1 Marybeth, I need you please. I know that you owe me nothing but when I say that we have 5 days to come up with $1595 to put into escrow, I just had surgery (was fired from Allen Myers for my carpal) and now they did this just to allow us to go to court! I have half :( trying!

@HilaryDuff I don’t know why I am sharing to you, FULL OF HOPE I guess, knowing you probably won’t ever just glance this way and then to think you would take time out of your busy beautiful life to read my story BUT I have decided it’s worth a try because I have genuinely loved you since I was a child, and I recently just finished watching “Younger” so now to confirm - at 37 years old, yes Hilary, I STILL LOVE YOU 🥰 look, I don’t want to be all poor me poor me pity etc but I have no time to just sit around and pray silently because on April 1st I go to trial for a wrongful “eviction” where this was an “as is rent to own” but they never transferred the deed, took down payments a tons in repair all to treat me like a tenant and I have 5 children 13 pets whom I love SO SO DAMN MUCH OMG THIS HURTS and I also have my elderly disabled handicapped auntie with us… we need anyone to share this, and you are someone who inspired me my entire life.. you were a part of my life “era” and I believe you care, you are cute sassy smart and also stayed on top of your game/life and I think you are classy and stayed classy always girl! We are going to lose all of our pets and be homeless on APRIL 1, 2025 just because we had mandatory repairs needed on a house we supposedly were “renting to own” and my name was supposed to be on the deed to pay MORTGAGE, I paid $500 for name on the deed to be transferred AND a down payment on an “as is” property but livable condition was sad or $6k! I am being EVICTED as a TENANT, my name was never placed on the deed and my family just wants to be safe! I have 13 pets who are being ripped from their lives and displaced, 5 children who call this house their home being displaced and also our disabled mentally handicapped auntie who lives with us being displaced along with us. This is so wrong, and I need help. I’m even okay with losing the money and just moving away to a normal rental and counting my blessings which would only be maybe $3/4k rather than the $7.6k we now owe from rent, late fees, fines and court fees, etc. A lot of this is so wrong on so many levels.. we had leaks for over a year from the water company and huge bills, we had small electrical fires from rodents chewing on them due to holes in the house, a foundation problem from the leak, and honestly it just keeps going until we put over $15k in work but now, he wants to boot us and rescam a new family and take their money. I will keep up with fighting this case for the PRINCIPLE and even though I cannot catch up in payments, this is for the mere fact that I want to save and help the next family who gets their life straight fucking torn apart, loses their money, their home, to have all the happiness ripped from your heart and finally their families safety and security and is straight fucking shattered all because these horrible people are choosing money OVER HUMANITY and getting these huge down payments (huge for me, I’m a broke mom of 3 and 2 stepdaughters with a busy world 😭) but then they are keeping ownership and re-“FINANCING” “reselling” whatever you want to say the same house OVER AND OVER but making the down payment EVEN HIGHER I bet since it’s a better house now since MY FAMILY PAID SO MANY REPAIRS including NEW HVAC NEW WATER HEATER NEW WIRE! A lot of this is so wrong on so many levels.. we had leaks for over a year from the water company and huge bills, we had small electrical fires from rodents chewing on them due to holes in the house, a foundation problem from the leak, and honestly it just keeps going until we put over $15k in work but now, he wants to boot us and rescam a new family and take their money.

I will keep up with fighting this case for the PRINCIPLE and even though I cannot catch up in payments, this is for the mere fact that I want to save and help the next family who gets their life straight fucking torn apart, loses their money, their home, to have all the happiness ripped from your heart and finally their families safety and security and is straight fucking shattered all because these horrible people are choosing money OVER HUMANITY and getting these huge down payments (huge for me, I’m a broke mom of 3 and 2 stepdaughters with a busy world 😭) but then they are keeping ownership and re-“FINANCING” “reselling” whatever you want to say the same house OVER AND OVER but making the down payment EVEN HIGHER I bet since it’s a better house now since MY FAMILY PAID SO MANY REPAIRS including NEW HVAC NEW WATER HEATER NEW WIRE! It’s not a shitty as is anymore but a home, that now also passes codes and compliance but that was for my family.

I have failed my children, and my pets because I have nowhere to live soon and no family to help and I’m so sorry to them all, hurt that I have to say goodbye to my pets who are also my children and if I don’t find good homes then I REFUSE TO TAKE THEM TO A SHELTER so I guess we will all be in the van together somehow someway until I find a safe new home for each and every one of them! I hope I can fix my schedules to work day and night - every minute possible and I’ll sleep when I die, every moment that I’m not homeschooling pr busy..and also I am still selling everything I own (I am hoping and posting) and can find our family a new safe start sooner than later.

I am being EVICTED as a TENANT, my name was never placed on the deed and my family just wants to be safe!

I have 13 pets who are being ripped from their lives and displaced, 5 children who call this house their home being displaced and also our disabled mentally handicapped auntie who lives with us being displaced along with us. This is so wrong, and I need help.

I’m even okay with losing the money and just moving away to a normal rental and counting my blessings which would only be maybe $3/4k rather than the $7.6k we now owe from rent, late fees, fines and court fees, etc.
