1,000 days ago, the world witnessed the horrific atrocities of October 7. Innocent people were murdered, families were torn apart, people were burned alive, hostages were taken, and bodies were desecrated. It was a massacre that should never be forgotten. 💔
Many warned for years that Hamas and other terrorist factions openly expressed its intent to carry out such attacks, yet today many still accuse Israel of committing genocide. How can they ignore what happened on October 7?
As someone who was born in Lebanon during the years of the PLO’s presence there, I find these horrors tragically believable. I witnessed violence, intimidation, and suffering firsthand. Many Lebanese families still carry painful memories from that period, which is why some of us were not surprised by the brutality revealed on October 7.

We have hearts, and we care about all civilians, especially the children. The world should be condemning Hamas, the PLO, and the mother of all terrorism, the Islamic Republic of Iran, for what they did to the Gazans, the Lebanese, the Yemenis, the Iraqis, and the Syrians, and not Israel.
We should never forget the victims, and we should never stop standing against terrorism and the deliberate targeting of innocent civilians. 💔💔💔💔

Israel's Meir Amit Intelligence Center examined 266 names listed as journalists/media workers killed in Gaza and found ~60% (157) affiliated with Hamas, PIJ or other groups, many as military operatives. CPJ removed at least 8 confirmed combatants in its June 2026 review and now counts 209 such deaths by Israel in Gaza/detention. Many worked for outlets tied to these organizations. Independent verification is difficult.
