@gCAN9k Honestly 100k would be life changing. Doesn't need to be the forever amount to sit with feet up but a base to allow real change and build on with new possibilities.
@krybharat@jakethedegen I remember this well it was nice piece by Jake. I remember being so appalled at the maternity hospital bombings and made this at the time to represent the lost beauty and potential of those little lives.

I didn't shout about this at the time, just had to get it out. Looking back I was focussed on the form of a pregnant belly and its endless possibilities, a bullet taking life, shelling, explosion... but now I see birth to a new energy in a sad paradox.
@jakethedegen As a little unknown I gave up on engagement, so hard to get a reaction beside bots.
I'm sure you'll be fine man being from the previous cycle. Have a great drop man keep up the hard working spirit.
Still here, when not here.
Even if not public, if they are persistently knocking away at creating a body of work they will be happy to have made and reflected on when "not here". A 30-year process or more...
More than financial success, I think a lot of artists just want to leave their small mark on the world and have a piece seen and referenced when dead. Then you've made it.
So as a non-artist looking to speculate, you'd want to be looking for work that you feel has the potential to outlive the artist.
Those who might judge by mints and today's metrics may not be measuring for the long term, but short term buzz. Not trading what they actually love themselves or see long-term cultural influence in.
