Last month, the Womenβs Engineering Early Careers Board were delighted that the Energy Systems Catapult hosted our quarterly meeting. As a fellow Catapult employee, it was great to see the Energy Systems Catapult site and meet the people working there!
We not only need the right people in the room but we need to ensure they have the right levels of agency in the decision making processes afterwards too
