Real rude how imposter syndrome hits hardest right in the middle of the workday so I'm freaking out about how much of a failure I am while trying to have coaching conversations with students
Somehow I doubt that I will ever not think feeling happy and content is weird and suspicious and like I'm just waiting for the other shoe to drop.

but with my admin they hardly understand what we do. They just look at the favorable number changes bc of advising and think that's plenty to base a decision on and leave the rest of the explanation up to the ppl doing the things that cause the numbers

I've noticed I get increasingly passive aggressive towards coworkers who continually misgender my students (even after being corrected) and I have a feeling that's gonna get me in trouble at some point
