I have a friend who speed-reads through books, constantly finding new ones without stopping. I can't do that. I read slowly and rarely because I’m incredibly picky. I need to make sure a book is the perfect fit so I can completely lose myself in it.

II opened my old drafts for frankensteining purposes, but started re-reading that old story instead. It actually wasn't half bad! was mad at the word count going up so slowly, so I decided to frankenstein.
