@rblbank  I have called thrice to inform about the same but I a not getting any help from the Call centre support. They just have no solution and one reply that need to wait. This amount is debited from my card and still not credited to the merchant.

@rblbank I repeated the same transaction and on the 2nd time it came the same. Both the transaction were not approved. The Merchant dint receive the amount. The merchant has spoken to his bank but this transaction was not captured under his system. Its already been 3 days and

@flyspicejet hi. Having difficulty to connect to spicejet support. Call has been put on hold for longer time and duration doesnt reduces and chat bot is also same no proper response. Have booked a flight and the amount is been deducted from my account and tkt not issues.
