1. Ordered Black watch from @shopyvision but they delivered Orange colour, Customer care doesn't talk on phone, on email they replied colour is subject to stock avalability... (Then why do you even have colour option on website?)
No option to return or refund.

3. Raised chargeback on @AxisBank @AxisBankSupport Credit card they issues temporary refund and then reversed the refund after 2 months. And also closed my case without any communication.
