We have some difficult news to share. Unfortunately, one of our shipping providers has experienced a data breach that exposed sensitive order data. This affects new customers in the US, UK, Sweden, Colombia, Brazil, Italy, and Portugal who received an order within the 90 days prior to August 8th, 2026.

The data exposed:

- Full names
- Shipping addresses
- Phone numbers
- Email addresses

The incident affects 11,742 customers with full exposure (name, email, phone number, shipping address) and 1,947 customers with partial exposure (name, city, email). The breach is limited due to Trezor’s strict 90-day data storage policy (we were also able to negotiate the same terms with fulfillment partners, who follow the same policy).

All affected customers have been contacted separately by email.

Our systems and devices remain secure, but affected customers could experience an increase in phishing attempts.

NEVER enter your wallet backup on a website or share it with anyone, and only check for updates on official Trezor channels.

We are deeply sorry to the community and those affected.

A maioria das landings de SaaS no BR responde zero das três no hero, porque trocou clareza por "criatividade".

"Revolucione seu fluxo de trabalho" não diz o que o produto faz. "A plataforma definitiva de produtividade" não diz pra quem.

Headline abstrata parece sofisticada e comunica nada.

O princípio aqui é carga cognitiva, cada segundo que o visitante gasta tentando decifrar o que você faz é um segundo mais perto de ele desistir, a clareza ganha de esperteza, sempre, no topo do funil.

O que um hero precisa ter:

⭢ Headline que diz o que o produto faz, em linguagem do cliente, não em jargão interno

⭢ Subheadline que crava o ICP e o resultado concreto

⭢ Uma prova visual real, screenshot do produto funcionando, não ilustração genérica de gente sorrindo

⭢ Um CTA específico, do tipo que já falei aqui

⭢ Uma prova social imediata, logo ou número, ainda acima da dobra

Especificidade vende, "Software de gestão" é genérico, "Controle de comandas pra oficina mecânica" diz exatamente o que é e pra quem, e quem é do nicho sente que o produto foi feito pra ele.

Se você tampasse tudo na tua landing menos o hero, um estranho do teu ICP entenderia o que você vende em 5 segundos?

Se não, é ali que tá vazando antes de qualquer outra coisa.
