@VinFastIN Flat tire on a 6month-old VF6 between Ahmedabad and Vadodara. RSA request raised at 9:56 PM and multiple calls made. After 2+ hours stranded at night with no help, my parents took a taxi to safety. At 1 AM, you called saying help was still 30mins away. DISAPPOINTED!
