71/M, 2x2 cm lesion, left nasal roof, M- dermis show well circumscribed, unencapsulated, biphasic tumor,branching tubular epithelial cells, keratinous cysts with infundibular keratinisation, stroma with chondroid , osseous and adipocytic metaplasia.Diag- CHONDROID SYRINGOMA
