I think it's really sad that President Biden reached out to the family of the shooting victim, but they refused to speak with him because the victim was a trump supporter and he wouldn't have liked it.
Meanwhile, they haven't even heard from trump.
He was golfing yesterday.
Guns are the #1 killer of kids in America.
Not cancer. Not car crashes. Not drugs.
GUNS.
And what is the @GOP doing about it? Absolutely nothing. https://t.co/tEk8dEPr8v
The GOP’s playbook in Tennessee:
1) Kick out peaceful moms.
2) Keep the guns in the room.
3) Continue to do nothing to stop children from being gunned down and slaughtered.
BREAKING: Donald Trump is hit with a brutal Friday bombshell as lawyers from the prominent conservative Federalist Society publish a paper declaring that Trump MUST be banned from running for president “under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.”
But it gets WAY worse for Trump…
In their brutal paper, the Federalist Society accuses Trump of treason for “engaging in or gave aid and comfort to an insurrection against the constitutional government” when he incited the deadly January 6 insurrection as part of his failed coup attempt.
Adding insult to injury for Trump, the Federalist Society argues that Section 3 of the 14th Amendment — known as the insurrection clause — is "self-executing, operating as an immediate disqualification from office, without the need for additional action by Congress. It can and should be enforced by every official, state or federal, who judges qualifications. It covers a broad range of former offices, including the presidency. And in particular, it disqualifies former President Donald Trump, and potentially many others, because of their participation in the attempted overthrow of the 2020 presidential election.”
The clause states that "no person shall be a senator or representative in Congress, or elector of president and vice president, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof."
Last September, a New Mexico judge ordered the removal of a county commissioner who took part in the January 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol. The decision marked the first time since 1869 that a court disqualified a public official under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
Now, it appears that it may be used against Trump — the mastermind who orchestrated the insurrection.

Breaking:
According to MSNBC, two individuals with specific knowledge of the Target letter Trump received regarding Jack Smith’s investigation say that the letter specified three federal statutes, meaning it is fairly likely Trump will be indicted under these statutes.
They include the following:
- 18 U.S.C. § 371 - Conspiracy to defraud the U.S. - When two or more people conspire either to commit any offense against the United States, or to defraud the United States, or any agency thereof in any manner or for any purpose.
- 18 U.S. Code § 242 - Deprivation of rights under color of law - makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.
- 18 U.S. Code § 1512 - Tampering with a witness - prohibits tampering with witnesses, victims, or informants in a legal case, with the intent to obstruct justice. It makes it a crime to engage in actions such as intimidation, retaliation, or bribery to hinder the communication of information or cooperation with law enforcement or the judicial system.
Together, the maximum sentence for one count of each would be over 26 years in prison.
If Jack Smith has the evidence, could Trump possibly take some type of plea deal or would he fight it out in court? What are your thoughts?
@jerrysaltz 2. More and more, both good and bad art is more about the artist, than the art. So does this piece fit this artist's philosophy? Is he prolific in his irreverant treatment of art? If so, it may stick more. But no one talks about this artist without a banana and duct tape.
@jerrysaltz 1. Did he do it again? This "artwork" is about the artist's cynicism about art, his hubris as a cult art figure, and the patron willing to pay for it. Period. It is a blip in the story of money in the art world, not a story about art. Though, technically art. #badart, as you say.
Save the Date! Presented by artHYPE and AVM, This Summer, August 10th & 11th, Walt Neil Exhibition @taggallery Sky Gallery Reception Friday, Aug 11, 5pm.
BREAKING: Tucker Carlson is hit with bad news as new Twitter competitor Tribel announces that they just permanently banned Carlson from their growing social media app, declaring that, “Tribel has decided to permanently ban Tucker Carlson from our network because Mr. Carlson is a proven liar, racist, and insurrectionist who spreads Russian propaganda that threatens our democracy. Banning him is necessary to protect our users.”
Please RT and ❤️ if you support Tribel’s decision to ban Tucker Carlson and think that Elon Musk and Twitter need to take notes! Musk just suspended Tribel’s Twitter account in a desperate attempt to stop Tribel’s growth — but he hasn’t yet banned this link to get Tribel’s new app: https://t.co/HnJzSKj4Hp
