Very disappointed with @AmericanAir wheelchair service in Charlotte. Staff argued over who would take me, ignored me like I wasn’t there, and had terrible attitudes. This is unacceptable for passengers who rely on assistance. Do better!

Disappointed with the service at @ClaytonHomes Florence, SC. Spent over an hour touring homes after being told the salesperson would assist once free—he never came. Found him outside on the phone, ignoring us completely. Poor customer service. Wish I had gone to Sumter instead.
