@thetrainline Why on earth would you offer such a ticket? No one would read any small print. It is completely USELESS TO ANYONE. Split save is deeply flawed and it cost me £12 for nothing!

@trainline search on an open return from St Erth to London Paddington. Split save tickets morphed into a DAY RETURN from the St Erth to Exeter part. Impossible! Only option is to ask for a refund & re-book - with £10 admin fee plus another booking fee of £2. Appalling #trainline
