You're a raw milk guy... I used to think the same. It won't work for every single person, but my digestive issues disappeared, I lost 20lbs and I'm not tired. Not tired after eating. I'll eat a bit of carbs throughout the week in single digit grams. Feel best I've felt in 10 years.
