A new nature plant study shows the average size of trees in the Amazon has been increasing by 3.2% every decade, directly tied to rising CO2 levels.

For years, models and media warned of Amazon collapse, but field data from almost 200 forest plots over 30 years show the opposite.

Both large canopy trees and smaller understory trees are growing bigger. In southwest Amazonia alone, between 11 and 17 gigatons of extra biomass are being added each year, carbon that the models didn't account for.

CO2 isn't killing the forest, it's feeding it.

The Amazon today is stronger, bigger and more resilient than it was a generation ago. The planet overall is greener, more CO2, more growth, more life.

Forget the media gloom and doom — Earth's biosphere is in great health.

Additional CO₂ levels have boosted primary crop production, which has soared by 54–56% since 2000. This represents a total of 9.5–9.6 billion tonnes of farm produce. Total production in 2000 was approximately 6.1 billion tonnes.

Wheat production alone has grown 36% (from 585m to 798m tonnes) with minimal land expansion. A global expansion of green life has been captured on NASA satellites and vetted by the UN's Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). Higher CO₂ is the catalyst:

* Sahara Desert: New growth on around 8% of the area.
* The Arctic: 38% increase in vegetation mass since 1985.
* Global greening: 5.5 million km² — roughly twice the size of the Amazon Rainforest.
* Australian agriculture: The 2025-26 season had its third-highest wheat production on record; yields estimated at 2.90 tonnes per hectare, roughly 10% above the 5-year average.

World agriculture is breaking all previous records.

So major companies have decided to grow it in a lab or genetically modify the trees

The question is whether the solutions they've chosen are proportionate to the risk

Jens’s sister Camilla is Director General of the Norwegian Institute of Public Health. His younger sister Nini, a well-known TV presenter, died of a heroin overdose. The secret of the clan’s power is linked to their mother Karin and her sister Marianne; they are representatives of the country’s richest family, the Heibergs — bankers and industrialists.

The Heiberg surname became famous during the Second World War, when a regime loyal to the Third Reich under Quisling was established in Norway. Aksel Heiberg Stang was one of Quisling’s closest advisors. Thanks to him, all the factories, mines, and ore deposits owned by members of the clan were supplied with free labour — prisoners from concentration camps. Norwegian mines operated in three shifts during the war, supplying the Wehrmacht with iron ore, copper, nickel, and non-ferrous metals.

Apparently tormented by this fact, Jens and his sister Camilla turned to ultra-left convictions and became members of the ultra-left organisation “Red Youth”. Jens became a journalist and drew attention with his articles calling on the Norwegian authorities to withdraw from NATO, which attracted the attention of the KGB as a potential agent. In conversations with the KGB resident, Jens was dissatisfied with Gorbachev’s perestroika and believed that the USSR, as a guiding beacon for the world, should not yield to the “world clique of capitalists” who dream of reviving fascism. He was ready to work for the USSR on a voluntary basis, without any documentation of cooperation and without payment. Agent Steklov was exposed in 1991 by senior KGB operative Major Mikhail Butkov in exchange for asylum in London. After Butkov’s defection, eight Soviet diplomats were expelled from Norway. Among them was the KGB resident and his assistant — the cultural attaché of the embassy Boris Kirillov (Jens Stoltenberg’s recruiter). This whole story did not harm Stoltenberg’s meteoric career in any way. They believed him when he said he did not know he was communicating with a KGB agent and, in any case, had not managed to pass on any important information. And some time later, in the 90s, Stoltenberg made a dizzying career: leader of the Norwegian Labour Party, member of parliament, Minister of Trade and Energy, Minister of Finance. In his 2016 book “My Story”, J. Stoltenberg, among other things, recounted how he maintained close contacts with employees of the Soviet embassy in Norway from the late 1970s. By his own admission, he regularly ate shrimp sandwiches and discussed politics with Soviet intelligence officers. According to him, the dangerous connection ended in 1990, when the Norwegian police security service instructed him to meet with Kirillov regarding his KGB file and to find out whether he intended to “abandon ship”. The initiator of his nomination for the post of NATO Secretary General was Angela Merkel, who secured the support of the USA and Britain, and then other members of the alliance.

My brother @EnochBurke has spent over 600 days in jail for refusing to bow to transgenderism. Today my mother Martina and sister Ammi were arrested and jailed - for having the courage and conviction to call out the lies and treachery of judges who have ignored the constitution and imposed LGBTQ+ tyranny on our country. BREAKING: Enoch Burke’s mother and sister arrested and jailed

Martina and Ammi Burke were arrested by Gardaí today at Castlerea Prison after visiting jailed schoolteacher Enoch Burke, their son and brother.

Judge Brian Cregan sentenced them to two weeks in prison after they spoke out against his lies and unlawful actions in the case of Enoch Burke.

Martina and Ammi Burke had been teaching in Castlebar this morning before travelling to Castlerea for their scheduled visit at 2.15pm.

As they left the prison after concluding the visit, Gardaí were waiting outside to arrest them.

Lies have been told from the bench since September 2022 when Enoch Burke was first taken from his teaching post at Wilson’s Hospital School and thrown into a jail cell.

He refused to call a student by a new name and the “they” pronoun. He was subsequently suspended and has now spent over 600 days in prison.

Ireland’s church leaders have maintained a treacherous silence on this issue. Archbishops Eamon Martin and John McDowell speak frequently about battlefields far away - Gaza, Ukraine, the Middle East - but are silent on the battlefields in the schools of Ireland, on their own doorstep. Children in the classroom are being educated in every form of sexual perversion.

Martina and Ammi Burke have now been sent to Mountjoy Women’s Prison because they refused to be silent in the face of gross injustice from the bench.
