-But there is no single best one.
-Sleep, however, is a non-negotiable.
-What you surround yourself with matters.
-The first rule of routines is to develop one and stick to it.

Be “selectively ignorant.”
Ignore topics that drain your attention.
Unfollow people that drain your energy.
Abandon projects that drain your time.
Do not keep up with it all. The more selectively ignorant you become, the more broadly knowledgable you can be.
Many supplements promising immunity are in full-on marketing mode.
Reminder: only way to improve your immunity is a combination of the following:
-Sleep 7+ hours
-Exercise regularly
-Eat a variety of whole foods
-Stay connected to others
None of this fits in a powder or pill.
You don't always need to feel good to get going. You need to get going to feel good. Just get started. You can always shut it down if it doesn't turn around.
