This fear is unjustified. People don’t understand that the differences between reverse osmosis, distilled, and spring water are negligible.
Let me explain.
Osmolality is the concentration of dissolved particles, such as electrolytes and other substances, in a liquid. In other words, it's how many dissolved particles like sugar or minerals are in a fluid.
The osmolality of our blood is tightly keep around 275-295 mOsm/L. Meanwhile, the typical osmolality measures of water are...

In terms of mineral content, the typical spring water is no different than purified water relative to the blood.
We get our minerals from FOOD, not water. Don’t worry about purified water leaching minerals from your body. Both distilled and RO water are excellent ways to clean our contaminated water!
The science of “autoimmune diseases” is shaky. Turns out they're not remotely close to what conventional medicine claims them to be.
There’s virtually no evidence that the immune system is attacking your own tissue. The so called “specific” antibodies aren’t specific at all and don’t even appear in all of the diagnosed patients.
These conditions are simply issues of toxicity, not malfunction. And if you remove the toxic burden, the body will heal, which is exactly what happened to me.

Vitamin D status may be a better marker of good health than an actual cause of good health, since supplementation doesn’t give the same benefits.
Sunlight drives countless other processes: nitric oxide release, sleep/wake cycle, structuring our water, etc. There’s far more to sun exposure than Vitamin D alone.

Scientists invented a fake condition called bixonimania. The condition which is supposed to be caused by your computer screen for too long was picked up by AI.
What started as an obvious joke led to over 40 million people being diagnosed with the fake condition. The studies were not verified and the science related to the condition was completely fabricated. If AI cannot tell the difference between real science and fake science, how can anyone rely on this technology for health care?
This comes as the AMA is pushing for AI to be integrated into medical education, residencies and training. It is estimated that over 80% of physicians are using AI in their practice. Without knowing that AI is producing legitimate recommendations, how can anyone feel comfortable using this tech in their business? How can any patient feel comfortable relying on a doctor who uses AI? They want to automate every appointment and standardize every recommendation, removing individual care entirely. They are eviscerating any opportunity for independent analysis for medical care.
A study from this year concluded that nearly half of the information provided through AI chat bots for general health recommendations includes misleading or problematic information.
Think twice before outsourcing your health to AI. Instead of relying on the broken medical system, it is your duty to become your own health authority.

“If contagion is not real, why do people get sick at the same time?”
Most people forget that we are a part of the natural world. The same way all of the trees lose their leaves simultaneously, humans too will detox what they no longer need. This is a seasonal shift that we experience as a part of our adaptation to the world around us. Our bodies are innately wired to find balance and part of that process is detoxifying why it no longer serves us.

Humira. Methotrexate. Enbrel. Prednisone. Remicade. Stelara. Xeljanz. Rinvoq.
These drugs share a few things in common. For one, they’re all prescribed for autoimmune disease.
But more importantly, they’re all incredibly toxic. They mask symptoms while further increasing the toxic burden that lies at the root of these “illnesses.”

It’s officially summer—which is great because it means more sun, but also more sunscreen.
Please don’t buy into the mainstream narrative. Sunscreen does not prevent skin cancer, and the mainstream brands seem to be contributing to it… You’re not protecting your skin with this stuff—you’re soaking it in toxic chemicals.

Disease names are arbitrary labels that don’t tell you much about why someone is sick and therefore how to support healing. Diagnoses only give you a prescription code to suppress the healing process.
Remove yourself from the conventional medical trap, work to understand what your symptoms are trying to communicate with you, and support the body’s attempt to heal.

Let me get this straight… It’s okay to eat chemicals and pesticides daily, wear plastic clothes, bathe in toxic chemicals, drink polluted water, inject heavy metals directly into our bloodstream, and lather on toxic sunscreen…
But it’s not okay to eat fatty meat, get sun exposure, avoid unproven injections and pharmaceuticals, and attempt to disease heal naturally?
Furthermore, their advice doesn’t work. The population is getting sicker and sicker. Why do so many people still buy into the mainstream narratives? Clearly we have been fooled.
The best thing you can do for your and your family’s health is to escape the conventional medical trap. Don’t buy into their extreme narratives. Trust your biology, it always knows what is best.
The conventional medical model doesn’t utilize or require much skill from the practitioner. It’s all about matching diagnoses to prescriptions or surgeries.
This is not how healing works. Every person has a different story, different toxin exposure, different diet — and almost always a different root cause.
One person’s symptoms may stem from toxicity. Another’s from unresolved emotional trauma. Same symptoms but completely different causes and different path to healing.
Yet conventional medicine labels them with the same diagnosis and hands them the same pill…
This is why I stepped outside of the system and quit medical school. I wanted to learn true healing, not arbitrary disease diagnosis and symptom suppression.
