@experian your customer service is horrible. I wanted to open an online account, couldn’t get verified and was instructed to call a number which led to a phone tree with no access to someone that can help. Be better.
@ChipotleTweets just at your Woodbury commons loc & no sense of food separation. I go b/c I can get a vegetarian meal and this person is digging the salsa serving spoon into every meat dish along the way. When I opened the dish I had meat in it. Had to throw the dish out.
@HSBC_US My phone needs to be reset. Do I need to un-authorize it first? The FAQ on the website is a little unclear since I'm not switching phones, just resetting the one I have.
@HSBC_US My phone is not working properly and I want to reset it but I'm concerned that it will cause a problem with the HSBC app. One of the faq answers indicated that once you deactivate a device you can't reactivate it. How should I go about doing this smoothly?
