This steel panel portrait was installed outside of Icehouse Mpls. Designed by Peyton Scott Russell, it honors Chef Harry Singh of Harry Singh's Original Caribbean Restaurant. Chef Harry has been serving up delicious meals on Eat Street for almost 40 years!

Artist, Peyton Scott Russell, designed a portrait of this legend of the Minneapolis food scene. After it gets fabricated as a steel panel portrait, it will be installed near 26th and Nicolett Avenue.
This original illustration by artist Chuck U is getting fabricated as a two-sided lit sign with some neon that will be hung at The Broadway building in northeast Minneapolis!

Chef, Tammy Wong, is the owner of the award-winning Rainbow Chinese restaurant. In a homage to her, artist, Peyton Scott Russell, is creating a powder coated steel panel portrait that will be a permanent installation. Here is an in-process image of the final portrait.
