@SamuraiCrew@davidaxelrod He actually did pretty much the same thing on AIDS.
He tried to rewrite it into something anybody could catch anywhere, which it wasn't.
@mtaibbi The glitch is that the woman does at some point decide to consent. She doesn't want to do it but she is not going to put up a fight or throw something and run or anything, including call the police. That doesn't mean he's not a scumbag but it's also hard to prove it was a rape.
@BlueKitten1224@mtaibbi Sorry, but he is right on this one. An accusation is not proof of anything. And that is simply stating a fact. It's not a defense.
@anylaurie16 Well, he spent years lying in court and in public and lost rather spectacularly so some of the Harry haters are celebrating. What's hard to understand, one wonders.
@mtaibbi Do you really, though? Think about some high profile cases where pretty much everyone with a brain believes the person likely did it. Do you think Nick Reiner killed his parents, or do you stubbornly insist he's innocent until after the trial?
@chrisshipitv@ChathamHouse Harry not getting his super special security does not translate into the police won't go near his events when needed. But, thanks.
