There are many types of rest

Sometimes we will just be tired, but the promise to overcome the world and its toxic soul sucking facets is an eternal elemental and core rest or realignment that is comforting

I don't know that the rest we seek + the rest the Savior offers will be fully given in this life

I think its is a feature of mortality + exit of the garden of eden

The Saviors yoke is more stable + dependable

My father has long said that if we were to have a symbol around our neck, it would be an empty tomb. I have a great respect for the intent behind the iconography of the cross. I also want to focus on a living cross and that absolute miracle.
