@trafficscotland I have been on M74 for 2.5 hours in queue. About a mile south of Jct 15 now. Solid jam. Delays are a lot longer than you are stating and STRONGER WARNINGS should have been made further south.- not 'delays'!!!

@heraldscotland I own 4 shops up the West Coast of Scotland. Opened them as the rates added together qualified me for small business relief - just. The SNP have this year raised rates and Lowered rates relief from 18k to 12k. Employ 9 people in small villages.... They have no sense
