Hi my tumble dryer is in warranty, your engineer came and said he'd return with spare parts for pump. A week later, I call Grundig to find out when he'd return and they said case closed as it was an installation error. Very confusing. Can you help? Not feeling the love @GrundigUK
@IKEAUKSupport it's been 6wks since our kitchen Pre-installation Visit and I still haven't had a call to say the order has been updated and I can come and pay for it. I call every day but no-one answers or they say they will look into it and call me back but they never do! Help!
