@prestonstps@lapintaniaLPM The children also made a fish pool using the netting and puppets from our Tiddler topic. Lots of interdisciplinary learning. What a fun afternoon we had!
@prestonstps@edin_ey So many happy faces! We had a great time in the autumn woodland. Can't wait to see how it's changed by our next visit after the holiday!
Always learning. This is from a whitebeam tree on our outdoor learning site. I wasn't familiar with the species but it's beautiful, the flowers are popular with pollinators and many birds eat the berries and disperse the seeds. Wasn't just the pupils learning today!
@MrsMcLaughlin20 It was even more elaborate today! We had quite a team working well together to build a marina, boats and a city with blocks representing a town clock and windows in the very, very tall building! There was brilliant decision making, creativity and rich dialogue. Brilliant!
@insectiduk could anyone help me ID this bug? Spotted by an eagle eyed wee pal but I tried and failed to identify it. It's in the tread of a normal sized car tyre and is smaller than a ladybird.
