Private Performance & Body Recomposition for Executives, Entrepreneurs & Tech Leaders. Realistic strategies to measurable results in 3-5 hours per week.
Some of the fittest men I've worked with have never once been happy with how they looked.
Competed. Trained six days a week at 23. Could run, lift, fight.
And still never had a body they were proud of.
It sounds ridiculous until you've heard it fifteen times.

Because the training is finally precise about what it's for, and the other 165 hours a week are accounted for too.
Food, sleep, recovery, stress, movement, the way the week is actually structured.
That's the whole unlock. Not more effort.

It's food, sleep, alcohol, stress, steps. In some order.
Unglamorous, but foundational.
If that sounds familiar, I expand on the exact habits you need to focus on in this High Performer Handbook: https://t.co/3KumkNDMk4

"I've had personal trainers before. Only one ever mentioned food."
I hear this constantly.
Men who spent two or three years paying someone to watch them lift.
Turned up. Worked hard. Got tired.
Body looked roughly the same at the end as the start.

It's a huge part of the coaching.
Most people find that disappointing.
Training matters too - a lot.
It matters as much as the other things your PT might have ignored.
But if you've been training for three years and nothing changed,
training isn't your limiter.

You're not tired at 2pm because you're busy...
But because of what happened at 7am, 11pm last night, and in the eight weeks before that.
One guy described it to me like this: attention just collapses. Half an hour gone. Every single day.

Caffeine cut-off, protein at lunch, walk after eating, alcohol down, sleep earlier.
Nothing there is clever.
It just needs to be done on purpose, not when you feel like it.
P.S. Most of us have been guilty of some of this at some stage.

Most men who message me don't need information.
They open with some version of the same line:
"I know what to do. I just don't do it"
And they're right. They do know.

Most people try to fix a doing problem by consuming more knowing.
Another podcast. Another protocol. Another app.
Nine months later you are in the same body, but more "knowledge."
Nobody is perfect. Everyone has done it.
