The people of the region are eagerly awaiting the introduction of stoppages for the V. B. Sleeper & Capital Exp at KOJ Rly Station. Since the Hon'ble CEM of BTC has already submitted a formal request in this regard, it is hoped that the proposal will be @RailMinIndia 1/2

@WatchGuwahati @RailMinIndia It may take time for the stoppage to be implemented. Prior to the inauguration, Kokrajhar was reportedly included in the proposed list of stoppages. However, following objections raised by the MLA of Alipurduar, Kokrajhar was excluded and the stoppage was instead allotted to 1/2

The CCTV surveillance AC unit at KOJ Rly Station (RPF) has reportedly been out of order for a long time. Are the concerned officials aware of this issue? When is the AC unit expected to be repaired & made operational? @drm_apdj @rpf_nfr1

@drm_apdj @rpf_nfr1 KOJ. The AC in the room is currently not functioning, causing the room to become extremely hot. Additionally, the CCTV-linked system has been out of order since 7-6-2026. In the event of any unexpected incident, there may be no recorded footage available. Please n/a.

IOC introduced a new rule stating that consumers in urban areas who book a gas cylinder after 25 days would receive the refill within 29 days. However, even in urban areas, there seems to be little possibility of getting a gas cylinder before 35 -45 days! @IOCL_Assam @dckokrajhar

June has already begun. In March, the Hon'ble CEM of BTC had kindly submitted a request seeking the provision of stoppages for two trains ( V.B. Sleeper & Capital Exp) Kokrajhar Railway Station. We would be grateful to know the current status of this @RailMinIndia @RailNf 1/2

It is truly surprising! In the town area, gas booking itself takes around 25 days, & even after booking, delivery takes more than 7 additional days. Then how long does a customer actually have to wait to receive the gas cylinder? 1/2 @IOCL_Assam

@DHHRLYPGR @AshwiniVaishnaw @EasternRailway @drmsdah @RailwaySeva @rpfersdah This problem is not limited to this train alone; it is seen on many trains. Occasionally, the RPF conducts checks, but not regularly. Strict & regular enforcement is necessary, & ordinary passengers travelling in specially-abled coaches should be fined on all trains - regularly.
