@getscapia @FederalBankHelp @FederalBankLtd In this digital world, asking to do kyc by visiting bank ? How is this justified?

[Arunabh Pandey @arunabhp77]

@scapiasupport @getscapia @scapiasupport @FederalBankLtd @FederalBankHelp - can you let me know if this is going to be fixed this year or not ? I have some travels planned. If not, I can try to close this account and get help for @go_niyo

[Arunabh Pandey @arunabhp77]

@scapiasupport Hi @getscapia @scapiasupport @FederalBankHelp @FederalBankLtd - it's way past Wednesday and the issue is still not fixed.

[Arunabh Pandey @arunabhp77]

@scapiasupport Hi @getscapia @scapiasupport - can I have an ETA on this?

[Arunabh Pandey @arunabhp77]

@scapiasupport Can I have an ETA ? Even with paper based KYC it doesn't take more than 5 days.

[Arunabh Pandey @arunabhp77]

@getscapia @FederalBankHelp @FederalBankLtd "We will have you on your way in a flash" - seems pretty ironic to me. @scapiasupport @getscapia @FederalBankHelp

[Arunabh Pandey @arunabhp77]

@FederalBankLtd Can you let me know an ETA for the resolution ?

[Arunabh Pandey @arunabhp77]

@FederalBankLtd Please let me know how much time it will take, it is already 5th day, KYC is already done, if update take this much time, then I don't think your bank is digitally capable for India's payment infrastructure.

[Arunabh Pandey @arunabhp77]

@FederalBankLtd No reply and no updates on this

[Arunabh Pandey @arunabhp77]

@FederalBankLtd This is open since Tuesday

[Arunabh Pandey @arunabhp77]

@scapiasupport I am not able to understand the blocker here, why is it taking so much time ?

[Arunabh Pandey @arunabhp77]

@getscapia @FederalBankHelp @FederalBankLtd @scapiasupport Please try to expedite this. What good is a card if you can't pay from it?

[Arunabh Pandey @arunabhp77]

@getscapia @FederalBankHelp @FederalBankLtd Hi, not able to send DM, could you help me with a link ?
