@TataMotors your dealer KB Motors Kolkata claims that their service system is not integrated with Tata Motors and hence difficult to honour online booking made on Tata Motors app for service booking. Maruti / Hyundai don’t have such problems!

Every time I book online service for my Punch car, the dealer KB Motors Kolkata claims that their system is not integrated with Tata Motors! Surely Tata Motors can take care of this and stop customer harassment!

Indigo canceled service to Kolkata yesterday 26/5. I was informed on 25/5 evening. Yesterday Indigo airport staff canceled my PNR. This means no Plan B option. I spoke to the call center to change flight to 8/6. This time Indigo cheated by saying no Plan B beyond 7 days !
